Our professional team has vast experience in the valuation of property acquired under compulsory purchase order. We have experience in acting on behalf of local authorities and private property owners alike.
To ensure we maintain our professional independence we assess each case before accepting appointment to ensure there is no conflict of interest.
We undertake the following work
On behalf of Private Property Owners
•   We prepare submissions to local authorities before final route is confirmed seeking favourable amendments for our client’s property.
•   We represent clients at public enquiry or oral hearing.
•   We negotiate with the professional valuer appointed to represent local authority in relation to compensation and accommodation works.
On behalf of Local Authorities
•   We prepare material assets expert reports at various stages of route selection process including
    - Constraints study stage
    - Route selection stage
    - EIS or environmental report on preferred route
•   We attend at oral hearing or public enquiry
•   We negotiate with Professional Valuer appointed to represent landowner in relation to compensation and accommodation works
